Pros

Get to control your schedule and be in charge of the pay you want, great team to work with, very supportive mentors. Can increase your commission rate every month.

Cons

If you’re not willing to work, you won’t make money. Controlling your own schedule means working from 8am to 8pm for most. Have to pay for your own leads if they’re not warm market, but this also means you’re able to make uncapped commission.

Really nice people to work with. Team building is great.

Cons

If you have five months to get good at something with no income or have a mentor that holds your hand through the learning process, this works.

Pros

Unlimited salary potential. A lot of weekly motivational sales meetings. Great support. Wonderful mentors. Not doing this job alone at all. Can work full time or part time. Flexible schedule.. you name your hours to work. You have more opportunities every time you purchase more leads.

Cons

Mentally difficult. Money comes slow. Straight commission. This is sales meaning a lot of rejection. In the beginning difficult to juggle commissions coming in slow with paying for leads.
