Warm, friendly and professional culture. The firm offers some really nice perks. Positive work/life balance. Great people who can be easy to work with.

Cons

Pay could be better. Communication isn't the best. Open floor plan leads to distracting environment. Firm initiatives and project objectives aren't always clearly defined.
