Pros

Worklife balance was pretty good and I enjoyed working with my manager.

Cons

CEO is a bit of micro-manager and doesn't listen to anyone. It's his way or the highway and is laying off people who are bottle necks. As in the only person who knows how to do a certain job so things won't get done after that. Layoffs of people with actual product knowledge. You will be learning everything yourself on the fly.

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to learn about engineering and product because those teams are not good

Cons

The Product and Engineering teams have no idea how the product and engineering departments should be run. The product is mostly vaporware and parts that have been released are fundamentally broken. People Success has no idea what they are doing and focuses on morale building and diversity initiatives that don't work. My entire department quit.
