They have health insurance as well as dental.

Cons

Management does whatever they choose, coming and going from the office without any notification to employees. They ignore mandatory in office requirements for themselves and others while expecting everyone else to follow them strictly. They do not communicate whatsoever and are outwardly cold to all employees that work for them.
