      You can enjoy a remote-work and have a good schedule with the managers involved

      Pros

      I have really enjoyed the work and mission at Symplicity. There is a lot of collaboration and everyone is generally very kind. I think people stay here a long time for the flexibility and the colleagues.

      Cons

      I have worked here now for four years and I have only gotten one significant pay increase. During record inflation, our company was told no one, regardless of if they got a promotion or not, was getting a raise or cost of living adjustment. Symplicity already pays below market rate for the region and the industry. This has put an incredible damper on morale.
