Growth opportunities limited, vacation time could be better

Saturday overtime is mandatory, but you don’t get paid for it on the production side of fragrance. The flavor segment receives payment for overtime. They require employees to come in, but don’t want to properly compensate them due to exemption status. Poor, minimal management, and generally not enough chiefs. Blatant favoritism displayed by upper management with disregard for the lower level employees. Frequent safety hazards are present including bug infestations, instances where there have been days without plumbing (a major hazard in the chemical industry), poor ventilation, etc. Safety is not prioritized at all.
