      Pros

      It's a world class company, there are many opportunities to meet clients and learn from some areas. Working environment is very good.

      Cons

      There are not much benefits. Almost no bonuses. There aren't real chances for growth within the company. Most employees leave in order to achieve their goals.

      Most colleagues are nice to work with Work life balance Can work from home for some roles Start and end work on time Great place to start a family here Medical insurance can include child and spouse

      Cons

      Commercial is political. Some boss dump their work and provide excuses. Technical team skew towards retiring/ political if you are not favoured. Sales team is confused and not focussed. Global team in Germany is slow, outdated and work in silos. Career progression unclear.

      Friendly culture, good and competent colleagues, good welfare, compensation and benefits and sometimes fun activities for employees to participate in

      Cons

      Isolated location, hard to travel, strong smell, rather hierarchical culture, contract staff may not get as much perks as permanent staff
