      Pros

      Friendly environment. OK place to work and learn for entry level. Did not experience a lot of growth. However, some find it an Ok place to grow if you work for the right department.

      Cons

      The company seems to still be looking for some direction departmental wise. The traditional work hard and let the numbers and your efforts represent you does not exist. You have to put on a perception act to have management's attention and ultimately move forward the ladder.

      - Stable company that is one of the top five companies in the flavor industry - Good people to work with, most genuinely care about the business - Room for advancement if you work hard and are dedicated

      Cons

      - European based most investment outside of United States or other developing countries which in the long term could hamper growth in the United States due to lack of updated the plants, equipment, even the offices - tends to be beurocratic

      Progressive company, involved leaders within the company who actively look for ways to involve employees. Many opportunities to advance within the company as well as opportunities for the employees to develop as well-rounded individuals, such as charity and volunteer events. A very close-knit community with friendly, caring staff.

      Cons

      Some staff get too personally involved in others' lives, which can result in an uncomfortable work experience. Some staff not readily available for assistance.
