Pros

At the end of the day the CEO and the rest of the management team genuinely care just as much about their employees as they care about the success of the business. This is an employee centric company through and though. That’s evident in the good pay, benefits, parties and all of the other things they do for the staff to show us how much they appreciate us.

Cons

I could nitpick and list a couple of things. Needless to say the pros far outweigh the cons.

Pros

Easily one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. It’s a laid back gig with a couple of good perks. The culture is this company’s strongest suit. I spent about a year and a half here. The staff are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. They’d give you the shirts off their backs if you ever needed it.

Cons

I was always treated with respect and dignity.

Pros

Symsoft Solutions is the ideal work environment for anyone interested in professional development. They staff some of the best developers and designers the industry has to offer (I might be exaggerating a little bit). There are plenty of projects to work on that will give you lots and lots of experience.

Cons

Long hours are common. It’s something you get used to over time.
