      Pros

      Great product within the industry Successful company with steady growth

      Cons

      Toxic work culture with micromanaging from president no matter the department. Not enough training given how hard the product is to learn if you are not an engineer. Very strict on work-life balance, will not care about your outside life. Processes are very old school, company fails to invest or utilize modern sale tactics. If you are looking to jumpstart a career in Sales, I do not think this is the best option. It's a very niche product, with not much training on the product or on sales in general.

      Direct manager was a good guy most of the time

      Cons

      Family that owns the company treats employees like crap and lines their pockets with hundreds of millions a year. Work in person everyday and are micromanaged while the family ducks out the door whenever they want. No work flexibility and everyone seems depressed
