While we disagree with your assessment of our product, we would like to highlight that we are continuing to invest in our engineering and product teams to help enhance our existing product. These teams are working to execute on our product roadmap which provides for the development of new product features and the improvement of some operational elements of our product. Over time we expect our operations teams will see a direct benefit as more items on the product roadmap are completed.
