Pros

I've worked for several start-ups and Synack is the best so far. Disruptive technology, a fantastic team, and things are really starting to take off here in EMEA. Streets ahead of the competition, lots of great people and everyone is approachable and helpful from the CEO down. In addition to all this it's really interesting work and the customers love the product too.

Nothing worth mentioning right now.

Cons

Joined a year ago leaving a good job behind only to be made redundant with 2 hours notice. Given the choice I would not recommend the company

Lack of trust and psychological safety. Micromanagement. Poor communication within and between teams. People's titles don't correspond with the competence one would expect.
