Pros

Looking forward to being part of something really big at Synapse - they are truly changing how the DME game is played. I'm relatively new, so I'm still getting accquainted with the leaders and with my team - the hiring process was thorough, and everyone I've worked with thus far has been welcoming and helpful. A start-up environemnt was a big shift for me, but I was eager for the change.

Cons

Onboarding training is still a work in progress - everything was mapped out but could be more detailed, especially for those with less experience coming in. I am looking forwardto helping contribute to helping add more structure to support future growth.

Synapse Health truly care about their employees and their growth. I have had nothing but amazing experiences across the board. Leadership is extremely helpful and values the employees. Each and every day I feel that I learn something new from the team. I am able to ask questions and feel heard and seen. I would 100% recommend working at Synapse!

Cons

Need to be comfortable in a semi-startup atmosphere, working on the fly sometimes and harnessing agility. You'll be rewarded by the opportunity to build something meaningful from (close to) the beginning forward. Very inspiring!
