Company culture, work/life balance, advancement and growth opportunities, meaningful work, exciting atmosphere

Cons

Need to be comfortable in a semi-startup atmosphere, working on the fly sometimes and harnessing agility. You'll be rewarded by the opportunity to build something meaningful from (close to) the beginning forward. Very inspiring!
