You are a name and not a number, there is direct access to company leadership if needed and they focus on building strong relationships with Navy clients. This company offers opportunities to grow in other contracts if desired and there is a strong network of fellow employees to learn from. Leadership genuinely looks to hire the right person for a contract and not just someone to fill in. Very open and honest about details of contracts and looks to retain employees when a contract may end.
Cons
Contracts come and go, so job stability can be a factor, but they have enough contracts to at least try to move people into another role within the company.
