Pay is relatively low compared to other LTC therapy jobs. Pay raises are on a quarterly company-wide increase which is nice, but it seems like pay increases at a snails pace. Is this day and age, it needs to do better keeping up with the rest of the market.

We had the perfect lab manager. She was always willing to help out and our VP who plays favorites fired her over lies without talking to any staff other than the one or two that complained. These are also member that falsely reported that she said something that was said by someone else in a meeting. The rest of us were not even asked. She was an awesome manager and always helping us out even if it mean long hours and taking work home. We are also being told that we cannot contact our fired manager. This is the type of bullying she was graciously dealing with in the office without complaint. This is a very toxic environment without the Lab Manager to have our back we are scared to breathe in the wrong direction. To get rid of someone who did so much for all of us without explanation or reason. With her gone we don't know who to go to.
