      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to grow within this organization. They really care about and listen to their employees, and upper management follows through on their commitments. It's a fairly large company (across all states) but the COO visits regularly to meet with all new employees and really makes you feel welcomed. They are very receptive to new ideas and encourage everyone to offer suggestions. Great team, great people, and just an overall great place to work - could not be happier with my decision to join the PCA team!

      Cons

      There are some growing pains but if you like to think creatively and problem solve, then it's a great atmosphere and is continually improving.

      Pros

      PCA has created a Culture where we love going to work every day because we feel like we are part of something special! It is the best place I have ever worked because of the great benefits, recognition we receive, and excellent team members that provide great customer service to the residents who rely on us every day to improve their quality of life!

      Cons

      The only downside is that your excellent attitude and positive energy isn't already on our team!

      Great benefits; Friendly Environment; Great work schedule; You as an employee can give feedback and management listens and at least tries out your idea.
