      -Teamwork is valued -Employees are appreciated -Open-door policy with management -Genuinely have a good time at work!! -Multiple employee engagement activities -Tuition assistance -Sherry is a great PIC, always easy to talk to and open to ideas

      -Health insurance could be better -As far as work environment-- no cons!

      most people you work with are amazing what they do as a company is good

      Cons

      The PIC yells at everyone and thinks it’s perfectly normal If you ever have a problem they will blow it off. Harassment or not, they do not care. Definitely don’t pay enough, no work life balance If you don’t work past your scheduled time, you’ll get the cold shoulder. Not much room for growth Expensive insurance
