Decent pay and benefits. Not many Saturdays.

Cons

You can't have an opinion that doesn't go along with "status quo". I bet if there was a forensic Medicare investigation they would fine some fraud. If you don't agree with the pharmavy's woke agenda, they actively try to get you fired. they even embellish stories to make you look bad. Management doesn't are about technicians. The Pharmacists only care about themselves and their pay check. Completely TOXIC environment. Always going g to trai. you on compounding but NEVER do. They allow se ual harassment daily.

Pros

Family friendly staff and the flexible hybrid work schedule. This has been a breathe of fresh air from my last position which was run like and by a unflexible non willing to change for anything leader. The leaders at Synchrony really want to hear from their employees and really want what is best for you and your family. I love working here.

Cons

Not too many and it's really not that bad but I do believe the entry level salaries could be more in market value. They seem a little low for non upper level management.
