      Pros

      Like all therapy jobs, a lot depends on your building and therapy team/DOR. Overall Synchrony/Trilogy has been the best LTC therapy companies I've worked for. A lot of employee engagement and appreciation events.

      Cons

      Pay is relatively low compared to other LTC therapy jobs. Pay raises are on a quarterly company-wide increase which is nice, but it seems like pay increases at a snails pace. Is this day and age, it needs to do better keeping up with the rest of the market.

      Pros

      The working hours are flexible. The company is great to work for. You are not made to work as a glorified CNA. The CNAs and nurses work well with therapy team to make sure the residents are up and ready for therapy.

      Cons

      You never get 40 hours of pay. I average about 40,000 to 45,000 a year. I should be making about 60,000 a year but you don't get enough hours. The PTO is generous but only if you get enough hours. If I actually got 40 hours a week, then I would accumulate about 5 weeks of PTO a year. But I never accumulate that much because we only work between 25 and 30 hous a week on average.
