Culture, the employees are always so nice and helpful. The upper management staff makes you feel welcome and not as if they are better than you! I felt welcome the first day I walked in the door.

Cons

Not in my area however I believe that we could use some help in our Pharmacy Tech positions. We have great individuals working in these positions but they really need some help.
