Thank you for your review and I am sorry that you were unhappy at PCA! Our Indianapolis office just scored the highest on our GPTW survey which is anonymous, 100% participation and it did not reflect your feelings or stated work environment for this location. We do not allow as a company Nepotism in our workplace and we do not have relatives of our leaders working here. LTC pharmacy is a small business and we do have multiple team members that have worked together previously at other LTC pharmacies and this has allowed for adding team members with great experience. We also encourage employee referrals and offer a $600.00 bonus if the referral is hired. I don't want to discount your review but am concerned about the validity of your review. We will investigate your review this with the VPO and discuss with our team to ensure we are providing the work environment that is in line with our MVV! Although we have a low % rate of turnover comparative to industry standards it is always something that we want to improve on unless it turnover due to promotions and career advancement.
