      Pros

      I really enjoy my coworkers at PCA. Work is enjoyable and we have fun. The work is fulfilling and enjoy taking care of our patients. Great hours for a pharmacist.

      More PTO would always be appreciated.

      Pros

      Culture, the employees are always so nice and helpful. The upper management staff makes you feel welcome and not as if they are better than you! I felt welcome the first day I walked in the door.

      Cons

      Not in my area however I believe that we could use some help in our Pharmacy Tech positions. We have great individuals working in these positions but they really need some help.
