PCA is a growing and changing company. They are strategic in their efforts to support their customers.

Cons

The only con I can see is that some of the more long-term employees want to do things they way they've always done them rather than growing and improving with a THRIVING company.

I have worked retail pharmacies for 15 years before coming to PCA and I have been amazed at just how much the do for their employees. From Christmas bonuses to employee trips to the zoo and team building exercises and Its almost like they look for any good excuse to order in food for us.

Cons

Like many medical facilities we never close. But, if you know the field then you know the game and the hours that come with it.

I love to visit and appreciate the many team members that making working there fun and exciting while always doing their best to go above and beyond for our customers and their residents! Thank you for taking time to review PCA and we are happy with your positive comments and that your only con is working weekends! In our Industry we have become more of a second shift and weekend business due to the customers we serve and that rely on us to provide their medications. I have no solutions for working weekends due to the business and the customer needs but we are always open to ideas that can improve the employee experience. Please feel free to offer that to our leadership team! Thank you for all you do and hopefully we will continue to imrprove and get 5 stars on your next review!
