      Pros

      PCA Pharmacy showcases a dedication to Customer Service like no other company in LTC Pharmacy. Continual and additional investments in the employee experience drive a company culture that improves each day. Lastly, company leadership continuously advocates on behalf of the industry to make certain PCA is sustainable for the future of LTC Pharmacy.

      Cons

      Lack of 401k match. Significant additional benefit offerings are an offset. Benefits such as PCA’s partnership with Purdue Global for free college education and a monthly gas bonus amongst others.
