      Pros

      Upper management connected to employees by name. Flexible hours. Given the opportunity to provide feedback on how to grow the position. Compassionate leadership.

      Cons

      Lots of travel in my car. Compensation could be better. Lots of turnover in middle mgmt for the larger company as a whole. Not a lot of room for advancement in current role.

      PCA Pharmacy is a great place to work. It is a company that I wake up happily to work for every single day. There are numerous benefits in place that demonstrate its mission to enrich the lives of its employees. I feel valued as an employee at PCA Pharmacy!
