Pros

So many benefits. PCA does so much for its employees. Free online college credits, tuition reimbursement, cook outs, outings away from work, money for gas, good benefits, great atmosphere.

Cons

More outings away from work.

PCA is a growing and changing company. They are strategic in their efforts to support their customers.

Cons

The only con I can see is that some of the more long-term employees want to do things they way they've always done them rather than growing and improving with a THRIVING company.

I have worked retail pharmacies for 15 years before coming to PCA and I have been amazed at just how much the do for their employees. From Christmas bonuses to employee trips to the zoo and team building exercises and Its almost like they look for any good excuse to order in food for us.

Cons

Like many medical facilities we never close. But, if you know the field then you know the game and the hours that come with it.
