I have worked at PCA for 4 years now. I worked at other LTC Pharmacies for the past 20 years! PCA is by far the best!! They are very employee driven. Upper Management always will listen and help if there is an issue. They have many programs for their employees and families. The company truly believes in their mission and values and this can be witnessed in the employees on all levels. Health Insurance, Optical, Dental,PTO, tuition reimbursements, Student loan assistance, Emergency Financial Help (Foundation), Employee Celebrations, and Leadership that is not out of touch!

Cons

Cannot honestly think of any.

Pros

PCA is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to their patients and Long Term Care Facilities. They strive to make all patient and pharmacy interactions helpful and pleasant. Employees are kept in the loop about any policy changes or upcoming PCA sponsored events. PCA values the options of their employees and makes an effort to make the work environment enjoyable. The company offers assistance to those in need through the Trilogy Foundation.

Cons

None. Unlike previous companies I have worked for, I am unable to find any cons to working at PCA. The work environment is great, staff is easy to work with and company is very employee-orientated.

PCA is a great place to work. This is a company that truly cares about its employees. There are so many perks including generous paid time off, flexible schedule, employee milestone recognition, education assistance and yearly raises, just to name a few. The upper management team really listens and responds to employee questions and concerns. Overall the experience and culture at PCA can't be beat!!

There are no cons that I can think of at this time.
