      Good benefits, 401k match etc. quarterly wage increases give you a raise of a around 10-20 cents on average. Fantastic co-workers and supportive management. Overall good environment. Holiday pay is 1.5x (only premium holidays) 17 days PTO.

      Cons

      Full time Hours fluctuate in SNF setting based on current number of pts. 92% productivity expectations, but As long as you are in the 80s they are pretty happy. No holidays off unless you take time off. PTO is shared with sick time.
