Don’t waste your time! It’s a nepotism environment basically just friends of higher ups work there. It’s very hostile, unorganized & unprofessional. You will get threatened if you go to anyone over Matt even if you follow the chain of command. If you are not one of the many “friends” or if you are Melanated you will not make it. Only bonus is a weekly paycheck

Our Indianapolis office just scored the highest on our GPTW survey which is anonymous, 100% participation and it did not reflect your feelings or stated work environment for this location. We do not allow as a company Nepotism in our workplace and we do not have relatives of our leaders working here. LTC pharmacy is a small business and we do have multiple team members that have worked together previously at other LTC pharmacies and this has allowed for adding team members with great experience. We also encourage employee referrals and offer a $600.00 bonus if the referral is hired. I don't want to discount your review but am concerned about the validity of your review. We will investigate your review this with the VPO and discuss with our team to ensure we are providing the work environment that is in line with our MVV! We wish you the best and hope that you find a work environment that best fits your skill and expectations.
