Pros

The office is a Very laid back environment. My manager is very flexible with my work schedule. Also, good benefits and amenities at the work site such as on-site gym, game rooms on each floor and kitchens with stocked snacks and coffee/tea.

Cons

There are definite office politics in play. It is easy to tell which employees are favored and as a result get better recommendations over other more qualified people.
