      Pros

      Synchrony has 14th and 15th month pay and you don't have to jump through hoops to get them. Employee-centric. You must lack discipline if you get terminated because they give you a lot of consideration before they let you go . It offers 100% work from home with option to work on site if you don't want to work from home.

      Cons

      HMO dependent coverage can still improve.

      Work-load is at times difficult to manage when untrained or unsupported. Responsibilities for support roles can be overbearing and at times punishing but understandable. Pay gap is noticeable upon comparison but not unreasonable.
