      Team atmosphere. Teammates always willing to work together. Welcomed idea sharing. All in it Together.

      Cons

      Teams too small. Work not distributed evenly. Senior programmers/analyst overworked, stressful. Working vacations often necessary. Expect that 24/7 availability is the norm.

      1. Great place to work, love how they treat their employees providing ample benefits and taking care of each aspect of their satisfaction. 2 . Parties,hotel stays and the gifts we get for every occasion.

      Most of the projects are still using legacy technology and are unwilling to upgrade It's great for people with 10+ years of experience, would not recommend who is just starting their career
