Pros

Pay & benefits are better then most

Cons

Unfortunately customers are very rude which is bad enough, but co-workers... I guess because they're remote and not looking you in the face are so rude. Not my actual people that I have had to deal with from time to time via video mtgs, but other depts when having to transfer calls to....i would sadly say 1 in 4 (for sure 1 in 5) are so rude. Half of them sound like they are half asleep even.

Pros

The benefits are really the only thing I stayed for.

Cons

Micromanaged, uneducated management, strict metrics, always putting one on probation for the smallest of issues.

good place to start to learn how to have an office position/ work in customer service

Cons

not very friendly environment, lots of favoritism, difficult to move up without a degree
