Pays well if you hired at good salary point Work life balance is based on team Management is good and listens Lots of non works related activities and opportunities if you are into it Flexible with work from home and work location

Cons

Things move very slow Still follow GE cultures which is not necessarily good Innovative is limited to very few teams and teams assigned for innovation gets lots of advance

Managers and leaders were very supportive and helpful. It was a very happy place to work. I enjoyed working with the clients and customers and helping them resolve their issues. The pay and benefits were great.

Low starting pay, yearly schedule bids, changing managers often, small raises, management doesn't follow up with employees, overload with clients, no additional pay, the workload isn't divided equally
