      Pros

      Good Benefits, Family Friendly Environment. Employees can often work from home.

      Cons

      High turnover of employees. In Collections there is constant crisis. It can easily destroy your work/life balance if you let it. This also makes it difficult to actually use all your time off. Not a lot of room for growth on team. Salaries are average and dictated entirely by HR.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits if you can afford to use them. Great training

      Cons

      The pay is very low. If you are very punctual and don't mind micro management then this is the place for you. They are very rigid in their expectations and you have to do everything by a script. Also, you get called at home by your manager on your day off to ask questions, because she isn't ever there.

      * If you do not live near close to the site, the drive can be very long. * Some of the work hours are challenging * Like any other job there can be internal employee miscommunications
