Pros
Very diverse work group. Exceptional three weeks of training. Great ability to move up in work force if you use flex time, sick leave and personal leave very sparingly. Impressive benefits for health and 401k.
Cons
If you don't go in knowing you need to sit at the desk through full work time, be exceptionally polite to the customer (talking to them like a rich relative that has you named in the will), need to not take customer's comment s to a personal level, and the bonus will come automatically if you follow the first three suggestions; you will be frustrated and angry.
