      Pros

      Free coffee, events, a lot more paid time off than another company around here, coworkers are like family, room for growth (only if you move within the first 6mo-1yr) listens to employees about changes needed within the company it's self, very flexible hours

      Cons

      Favoritism, inconsistency, micromanaged, customers are incompetent, little pay for high stress, after 4 years of doing this job and having pride in my work I realized the benefits don't outweigh the stress, there is no debating or talking things over, he said she said drama

      - Smart senior leadership team - Plenty of resources to do your job - Business is growing so there is plenty to celebrate

      Cons

      - Remote employees don't feel as connected to Corporate - There aren't as many growth opportunities if you don't work near an office - A few project managers on power trips can stall the innovative process

      Pros

      The management is great. You get to work with smart and friendly people. A lot of the core values from GE have carried over.

      Cons

      The office isn't in downtown Stamford and the pay could be a little more competitive.
