Really goos benefits, they offer tuition reimbursement that help me a lot! It is a great company to grow. They raised the salary every year after they do a annual evaluation

Cons

The shift hours are a little restricted. Most of the changes for that goes by seniority. The call center is fully closed only of Christmas Day. So we work the other holidays but they did paid half-time.

Love their work culture. Everyone is respectful and kind but disciplined in their work ethic. The remote work and flexibility is too tier! This company wins “Best Place to Work” often and it is well deserved. They treat their employees well.
