You know a company is terrible when they use essentially horoscopes to select candidates, If applying be prepared to go through the Pymetrics hoops and do silly games that take-up candidates time (25+ minutes) and there is no scientific evidence to prove they even work; Furthermore the company immediately makes a decision based on the results of the games and in my case an immediate rejection and they disallow you from reapplying again until 1-year. What gets me is that if you're going to rely on Pymetrics to determine the hireability of a candidate, Then why waste our time having us submit resumes and fill-out applications? The company is an entire waste of time

Pay could be higher VS the industry
