Its okay for people who would like to try bpo for the first time...
Pros
- has a hybrid set up (conditional) - if you are lucky, you may meet an approachable manager - might meet good people - floor walkers who are trying to help - maxicare - shuttle service - parking area
Cons
- has system issues with their tools always but they are saying it has something to do with our internet when in fact the same issue is happening even if you are working on site - hard to get ticket numbers for system issues since helpdesk department does not assist and referring you to talk to your manager to get ticket numbers - Workforce agents are unprofessional and not doing doing their jobs properly - managers won't take feedbacks seriously unless its positive or will make them feel good and would wash hands, make excuses and pin point others for their negligence - not getting paid fairly despite being overworked, low salary - doesn't have complexity allowance even if you are handling complex accounts - hybrid option (work from home) is conditional depending if you passed all your metrics - metrics/score card is hard to attain. -not good for introverts - had to plot 30 leaves in advance but only 7 of them will be accepted (last month of the year and half of the year) - if you are going to escalate an issue don't expect to be assisted right away it may take 2-3 months before you get assistance.
