      Pros

      Good 401k benefits, lots of fun company sponsored events, overall management is very good at listening to your inputs

      Cons

      Career mobility, they've been hiring a lot of external candidates for roles but it feels like there aren't many opportunity to rise once you're in. Additionally, salary bumps are very low for this company and so people end up leaving after a few years

      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities/programs to develop yourself further. If you are interested in another department or function, it is very easy to find someone to job shadow to increase your understanding of the role. Everyone is very friendly and genuinely wants to see you succeed.

      Cons

      It's very difficult to move to a function outside of operations if you are starting in the customer service call center. The starting pay is higher in other call centers.

      Nice people but..

      Pros

      Everyone is really nice there. If you make mistakes they understand and work with you to fix any problems. Good, paid training. Flexible work schedule to a point...as long as you can find someone to trade shifts with. Worked from home.

      Cons

      If you are hired as a part time employee, you're told that you can never be full time. As part time, you have to work on at least one weekend day which was bad for me because I had a second job that I performed on Saturday and then I worked for Synchrony all day Sunday and because of this I was never able to spend time with my kids. Pay wasn't as much as I hoped for. Work was very tedious and monotonous which made each shift seem like forever. Very little time for lunch. Didn't have time to cook and eat, just one or the other. Agonizing log-in procedure each shift.
