Well one of the best companies I've ever worked for

It's just one month into Synchrony but I've loved a lot here. Highly recommended. 1. Pay is great. 2.Work culture - Trust me know this that there's no micro management. 3. Company Events, Goodies etc. 4. Feedbacks are really taken seriously. 5. Great learning opportunities. The L&D team is really great and passionate. 6. You have a dedicated HR who helps you out on queries and they set monthly connects to help the employees. 7. Most of the questions are solved by HR. If there are any technical issues, Workday portal is really great which resolved your queries is max 2 to 3 business days. 8. They take feedbacks and really improve and that's really good 9. Health Insurance in Synchrony is awesome, 1+4 can be covered Lakhs for my level. And even if you want to increase the premium it's dead cheap. Really love Synchrony on how they value Employees over health. 10. Permanent work from home.
Cons
No Cons as of now. Been only a month. People might complaint about low hikes and all but I'd say it's decent and don't want to talk about this as it's not even a year completed.
