      Pros

      There are some great leaders here but they get shut down by Sr. Leaders from doing the right thing. This company has great potential, it just needs the right leadership...starting with Sr. Leadership!

      Cons

      It's all about "what can I get from it?". This company runs on politics and games. They are VERY title driven!! The higher up you go the bigger the politics! If you believe in flying under the radar, getting by with bare minimum and just moving up by knowing the right contacts, this company is for you. Those that want to truly learn, move up on their own abilities and get recognition for their hard work.. look somewhere else! Sr. Leadership talk the talk but doesn't follow through - it's all BS!!
