      Great company with good core values. They also have outstanding benefits. They encourage you to broaden your experience and grow.

      Cons

      The pay is too low for the job you're doing, by a lot. The atmosphere and benefits don't necessarily outweigh the fact that the pay is too low, and the pay is not worth it. You will probably need to work a second job to fully support yourself.
