Pressure to perform well Meet monthly goals Sitting in a cubicle all day- inbound and outbound calls Every move being tracked. Every conversation and even 2 minute bathroom breaks are questioned

The salary, bonuses and benefits were good. My co-workers were very to work with.

Cons

Collections may not be for everyone. Supervisors monitor calls and if your not collecting according to the matrix you will get coaching.
