Pros

Great work experience in Credit Card customer Service, the team I worked with I really enjoyed.

Cons

Low pay, little to no raises, no room to advance.. Probably why the site is closing.

Training is done well with good instructors.

Cons

ADHERANCE requirement are a joke and they expect people to sit still taking call after call with min breaks and only 6 min all day to use the bathroom. For very little pay, especially compared to all other call centers pay scales.
