      Good development avenues Easy open door policies Multiple opportunities for advancement if willing to move around. Excellent managers throughout my career Tuition reimbursement program for beginning/continuing education Good for career driven individuals

      Multiple sites which can get very silo'd in their approaches to issues Over focus on Micro issues when some Macro issues should be addressed to solve the overall problem.

      The benefits are outstanding and the company is very focussed on the success of its employees. It invests in social activities as well as career expansion. If you want to better yourself and advance you can.

      Cons

      Pay being kept secret from employees when we are on pay levels is very frustrating. Synchrony Financial will take advantage of people that do not know to negotiate their pay. Make sure you negotiate your pay rate and know your value!
