Pros

The employ good people and they have a good culture except for those who came from Bank of America. They have good benefits, and the work is challenging.

Cons

They are spinning off of General Electric Capital. They are struggling to understand and implement all of the infrastructure and back office support functions. They have hired experienced people who are very poor leaders and communicators, especially in the Supplier Risk Management function. There is no cross functional collaboration on projects and or implementation.

Pros

Great 401K, hands down best vacation package I have ever seen (the day you start, you get about 6 weeks of paid time off), challenging work, fantastic staff, tuition reimbursement, amazing work-life balance, great vision and dental plans, encouraged team building, onsite cafeteria, onsite gym (it is very small, but something is better than nothing!).

Cons

Mediocre healthcare and prescription covereage, lower pay than most companies, and lots of hours

Pros

A good CEO, some bonuses and the salaries, acceptable, but you will not be driving a BMW.

Cons

A good company if you have the right job, which needs to be earned through pins and needles, walking on egg shells and withstanding the atrocities, the constant suffering, stress and irreparable damage to your nervous system. The metrics are not that difficult to learn, the insipid and deteriorated knowledge of the managers, not trained to train, carrying a title that makes them plenty of money while they just do police work, reprimanding and checking your stats in order to bring you down the path of failure. Designation by finger, or otherwise pointing a finger at random to make someone a " manager", is no easy task, that is why it's not done with the employee in mind, the employee that will be supervised by said manager, will suffer and dream constantly suffering nightmares that are propelled by fear and constant condemnation. We wonder if the higher rank bosses really know what is truly going on at the Customer service representative department. The ignorance and lack of critical thinking of a few wrongly designated managers is pathetic. And to put a cherry on the top, try and move on after nine months of service as a customer service agent, the discrimination and other unlawful forms of corruption will limit you for years to come.
