      Pros

      The food lunches that we would receive. All the perks and benefits that comes with the company.

      Cons

      This company is very unorganized, HR is absolutely ridiculous. There was a lot of rules made on up in just the short time I was there. For an example you can only be five minutes late to work but you had to clock in on this system called kronos which will take about 10 minutes to log on to. Plus the staff is not very friendly there was a lot of petty things that would go on around the office. It was just to much drama for no reason. Plus as an operations associate you will do a lot of work for such little pay.

      Pros

      Despite being a separate company from GE Capital, the company is leading in how to develop employees through critical experiences concept. The company is quite a flat organization where career opportunities abound and mobility is quite prevalent even across functions.

      Cons

      Nothing at the moment. Enjoyed last couple of years as the company built up infrastructure to become an independent company.
